信息化管理在手术室二级库房高值耗材管控的应用研究

Research on the Application of Information Management in the Management and Control of High-value Consumables in the Second-level Warehouse of Operating Room

目的:探讨信息化管理在手术室二级库房中高值耗材管控的应用研究。方法:选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院2017年1月至2018年12月(信息化管理技术)及2015年1月至2016年12月(人工管理方式)在手术室二级库房高值耗材中的管控情况,比较两种管理方式的实施效果及对两种管理方式的评价。结果:观察组证件审核、验货、入库及盘点实物时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组错误事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医护人员满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);信息化管理方法在工作模式、效率、管理模式、精准性、库量与效期管理与库房秩序与环境方面优于人工登记管理方法(P<0.05)。结论:将信息化管理技术应用于手术室二级库房中高值耗材的使用,提高医护人员满意度,是一种高效、科学的管理方式。

Objective:To explore the research on the application of information management in the management and control of high-value consumables in the second-level warehouse of operating room.Methods:The management and control of high-value consumables in the second-level warehouse of operating room from January 2017 to December 2018(information management technology)and from January 2015 to December 2016(manual management mode)is selected,and the implementation effect and evaluation of the two management modes are compared.Results:The time of certificate audit,inspection of goods,warehousing and physical inventory in the observation group is shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of error events of the observation group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction of medical staffs in the observation group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the information management method is in better than the manual registration management method in terms of working mode,efficiency,management mode,precision,inventory and effect phase management,and warehouse order and environment(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is an efficient and scientific management method to apply information management technology to the use of high-value consumables in the second-level warehouse of operating room and improvement of the satisfaction of medical staffs.
