住院患者用药信息色卡分析图体系在临床中的应用研究

Research on the Application of the Color Card Analysis Chart System for Drug Use Information of Inpatients

目的:运用住院患者色卡分析图体系,提高医生阅读医嘱用药信息的效率。方法:选取成都市第四人民医院32名医生,对照组采用阅读传统医嘱的方式,测试组采用阅读色卡分析图的方式,在同时间内,比较两组获取信息的质和量,测试两次且间隔为30 d。结果:通过比较两组数据发现,对照组阅读病历的例数、完成总题目数、正确题目数、正确率均低于测试组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统方式,色卡分析图的建立与应用,让医生更加快捷、准确地获取医嘱用药信息。

Objective:To improve the efficiency of doctors reading information of medical orders by using Color Card analysis chart system of inpatients.Methods:Randomly selected 32 doctors in our hospital the control group and test group were tested two times,the control group adopted the way of reading traditional doctor’s advice,the test group used reading color card analysis chart,at the same time,compared the two groups to obtain information quality and quantity,two test interval of 30 days.Results:The data of the two groups was compared,it was found that in the control group,the number of cases read,the total number of questions completed,correct number of questions and the correct rate were significantly lower than those in the test group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional method,the establishment and application of the Color card analysis Chart make the doctors get more accurate and quick information.
