摘要
目的:分析科室护理微信平台在护理单元环节质量管理中的应用价值。方法:将陕西省延安市人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科在编20名护理人员作为研究对象,2016年1—12月(实施前)采用传统护理管理;2017年1—12月(实施后)建立科室护理微信平台,对比实施前及实施后的护理管理质量。结果:实施后护理人员对质控信息的知晓率明显高于实施前,知晓速度明显优于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:科室护理微信平台应用于护理单元环节质量管理中可以有效提升护理单元护理管理水平与护理质量,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application value of nursing WeChat platform in nursing unit link quality management.Methods:20 nurses were made in the head and neck surgery of otolaryngology in Yan’an People’s Hospital of Shaanxi Province as the research object.From January 2016 to December(before implementation),traditional nursing management,no WeChat stimulation,January 2017 to December(after implementation)were established for nursing WeChat platform,and the nursing management before and after implementation was compared.Results:The awareness rate of quality control information of nurses after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation,and the speed of awareness was significantly faster than that before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,patients’satisfaction with nursing work was significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of WeChat platform in the nursing unit in the quality management of nursing unit can effectively improve the level of nursing management and the quality of nursing,and it is worth popularizing.
