急腹症诊断中采用全面腹部超声检查的有效性研究

Research on the Effectiveness of Comprehensive Abdominal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdominal Disease

目的:对急腹症诊断中采用全面腹部超声检查的有效性进行探究。方法:选自2017年1月至2018年5月期间在自贡市第五人民医院收治的78例急腹症患者作为本次研究对象,研究对象及家属均知情同意,并通过了伦理委员会的批准。按照就诊的先后顺序分为对照组(常规超声检查)及观察组(全面腹部超声检查),每组均为39例,观察及比较两组急腹症患者的临床检出率情况。结果:观察组急腹症患者的超声检查时间为(16.37±3.42)min,较对照组的检查时间长,t=7.362,P<0.05。观察组临床诊断时间为(1.88±1.32)min,低于对照组,t=2.643,P<0.05,有统计学差异;观察组急腹症患者的临床诊断总检出率为94.87%,高于对照组急腹症患者的临床诊断总检出率(79.48%),组间进行比较,=5.364,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用全面腹部超声检查急腹症患者的临床诊断率相对较高,在临床应用中具有重要价值。

Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods:A total of 78 patients with acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study.The subjects and their families were informed and approved by the ethics committee.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group(conventional ultrasound examination)and observation group(comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination).Each group was 39 cases.The clinical detection rate of acute abdomen patients in both groups was observed and compared after the study.Results:The ultrasound examination time of patients with acute abdomen in the observation group was(16.37±3.42)min,which was longer than that of the control group.The clinical diagnosis time was(1.88±1.32)min,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there were significant differences(t=7.362,2.643,P<0.05),with statistical significance;The total clinical detection rate of acute abdomen patients in the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total clinical detection rate was 79.48%.There was a difference between two groups.(?=5.364,P<0.05).There was statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical diagnosis rate of patients with acute abdomen by comprehensive abdominal ultrasound was relatively high,which was of great value in clinical application.
