亲子互动影像包在小儿外科手术麻醉诱导护理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察小儿外科手术麻醉诱导护理中应用亲子互动影像包的效果。方法:选择2017年3月至2018年3月西安交通大学第一附属医院收治的100例外科手术患儿,随机分成对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组行常规麻醉诱导护理,研究组利用亲子互动影像包行护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组静脉穿刺时(T1)与意识消失时(T2)时刻MAP、HR优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组改良耶鲁焦虑量表(mYPAS)评分、麻醉诱导期合作量表(ICC)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:亲子互动影像包护理工具应用于小儿外科手术麻醉诱导护理中的效果比较显著,可有效减轻应激反应,缓解患儿的焦虑情绪,提高麻醉配合度。 Objective:To observe the effect of parentchild interaction video package in anesthesia induction nursing of pediatric surgery.Methods:From March 2017 to March 2018,100 cases of surgical children were randomly divided into control group and study group,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine anesthesia induction nursing,the study group used parent-child interactive image package nursing intervention,compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:the MAP and HR of the study group were better than those of the control group at T1 and T2(P<0.05).The scores of modified Yale Anxiety Scale(mYPAS)and Induced Anesthesia Cooperative Scale(ICC)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the effect of the parent-child interactive video package nursing tool in the anesthesia induction nursing of children’s surgical operation is significant.It can effectively reduce the stress response,relieve the anxiety of the children,and improve the coordination degree of anesthesia.
