基于“互联网+”的临床实习医学生职业精神改进研究

Study on the Improvement of Professional Spirit of Clinical Medical Students Based on "Internet+"

目的:分析基于"互联网+"的临床实习医学生职业精神改进研究。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年1月临床实习医学生50名作为研究组,同时选取同期住院医师50名作为对照组,研究组成员应用"互联网+"的教育模式,对实习医学生的职业精神行为进行研究、改进,探讨"互联网+"模式的应用价值。结果:教育前,研究组成员的各项评价要素评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);带教教师对研究组职业精神评价优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);病人对研究组职业精神行为评价优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"互联网+"模式与传统模式相结合的教育方法,更能培养出具有较高职业素质的医学人才,有助于推动我国的医学事业发展。

Objective:to explore the study on the improvement of professional spirit of clinical medical students based on"Internet+".Methods:50 clinical medical students from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research group,and 50 resident physicians from the same period were selected as the control group.Members of the research group applied the education model of Internet+to study and improve the professional mental behavior of medical students,so as to explore the application value of Internet+model.Results:Before the education,the scores of all evaluation factors of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of teachers’evaluation of professional spirit in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Internet+mode and traditional mode of education can better cultivate medical talents with higher professional quality,which is conducive to promoting the development of medical cause in China.
