江南河道总督杨以增办理丰工奏折释读

Interpretation of Jiangnan River Governor Yang Yizeng’s Literature of Fenggong

杨以增担任江南河道总督期间,所上与办理黄河丰北厅决口有关奏折累计达70余通,主要涉及上报丰工决口情形及堵口进展情况、筹措堵口工程经费、任免河工官员等事务,内容比较丰富,尤其对于研究晚清南河河务具有较高的价值。今从中选择较为重要的11通详加释读,以期为学界相关研究提供较为重要的基础性文献。

During Yang Yizeng’s tenure as Governor of Jiangnan River,he has more than seventy memorials related to handling the breach of Fengbei of the Yellow River.It involves reporting the situation of breaches and progress of blockage,raising funds for blockage works,appointing or removing river engineering officials,etc.These memorials are rich in content,especially for the study of Nanhe in the late Qing Dynasty.Now choose the more important eleven from them and explain it,in order to provide more important basic literature for academic research.
