摘要
天津所在的海河平原,很早就是中国北方自然河道和人工运河发达的内河航运中心之一。该地区各类水上交通方式交织,既承担了包括京师漕粮供应在内的物资转运职责,也催生了天津这座中国北方最大的近代工商业城市。只是1980年以后,天津地区的内河航运急剧衰落,使当地经济建设和生态环境陷入现代化的误区。
The Haihe Plain where Tianjin is located,was one of the river shipping centers developed in the natural rivers and artificial canals of northern China.All kinds of water transportation modes are intertwined,which not only took the responsibility of material transshipment including the supply of grain for the capital,but also promoted Tianjin the largest modern industrial and commercial city in northern China.Only after 1980,the inland shipping of the Tianjin region declined sharply,which caused the local economic construction and ecological environment to fall into the misunderstanding of modernization.
