摘要
就某石化装置汽轮机在开车和运行时发生的问题进行分析,探讨汽轮机进出口蒸汽管道设计时需要注意的问题,在设计和现场检查时要确保现场实际的支吊架设计和理论计算时的支吊架约束条件相一致,从而保证现场汽轮机的实际受力情况能够得到严格控制。
In this paper,the problems of the turbine caused by the stream lines were analyzed during start-up and operation.The actual situation,type and stiffness of the pipe supports and hangers should be carefully checked on site to keep in accordance with the design,so as to ensure that the actual stress of the steam turbine on site can be strictly controlled.
