依据目前我国制药企业自动化与信息化的发展需求,作为药物制剂中应用最广泛的口服固体制剂,由传统生产车间升级为智能化口服固体制剂车间的需求与日俱增。主要探讨了目前口服固体制剂车间智能化的一些实施思路,在实现生产和物流自动化的基础上,完善MES系统等信息化的建设,并分析了口服固体制剂连续制造的新趋势。

Whether it is the promotion of national strategy,or the development demand of automation and informatization of pharmaceutical enterprises,as the most extensive and common oral solid dosage in pharmaceutical preparations,the demand for upgrading from the traditional production workshop to the intelligent oral solid dosage workshop is increasing day by day.This paper mainly discussed some implementation ideas of the intellectualization of oral solid dosage workshop,and on the basis of realizing the automation of production and logistics,improved the construction of information system such as MES system,and analyzed the new trend of continuous manufacturing of oral solid dosage.
