高精度肌电技术在运动科学领域的应用研究进展

摘要 随着表面肌电(surface electromyography,sEMG)技术的发展,高精度表面肌电(highdensity surface electromyography,HD-sEMG)技术可观测运动单元活动特征的优势受到人们关注。为了解高精度肌电技术的可靠性及其研究与应用进展,本文通过总结相关文献,得到以下结果:(1)通过高精度肌电技术可获得可靠的运动单元肌电信号;(2)高精度肌电技术主要用于研究神经肌肉募集特征,通过该特征可预测肌肉力量和识别动作;(3)单关节肌肉力量训练可诱发运动单元募集阈值下降和放电频率上升,肌肉力量增强;综合性训练可改变运动单元肌电振幅与募集阈值之间的关系,从而影响运动神经肌肉控制功能,这种效应在不同训练方案之间存在一定差异;(4)运动诱发的肌肉疲劳使运动单元的放电频率下降,改变募集阈值与放电频率、募集阈值与退出阈值之间关系,以及运动单元在delta、alpha和beta频段活动的协同性。
