装备修理工作流程复杂,影响装备修理质量的风险因素多,充分应用基于风险的思维,全面识别修理过程的风险,提高风险管理针对性和有效性,对于提高装备修理合同监管质效具有重要意义。
The workflow of equipment repair is complex,and there are many risk factors that affect the quality of equipment repair.Fully applying risk-based thinking,comprehensively identifying the risks of the repair process,improving the pertinence and effectiveness of risk management,is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of equipment repair contract supervision.
