应急管理:高校外语教师信息技术素养培育新视角

Emergency Management:A New Perspective on Cultivating Tertiary EFL Teachers'ICT Literacy

摘要 线上线下混合式教学已被越来越多地应用于高等教育外语课堂。在此背景下,教师的信息技术素养成为保证网络教学质量的关键因素之一。而社会公共紧急事件不确定性强,破坏性大,传统的教师信息技术素养的培育方式已无法应对紧急状态下的教学需求,因而对其进行重构和改进具有很强的现实必要性。本文首先分析了教师信息技术素养的内涵与建构方式,在此基础上基于“4R”应急管理理论,提出社会公共紧急事件下高校外语教师信息技术素养建构的新思路,并探讨了影响教师信息技术素养重构的三个其他因素,以期有效提升高校外语教师信息技术素养及其对社会公共紧急事件的应对能力。 Blended teaching(including online and face⁃to⁃face instruction)has been increasingly adopted in tertiary foreign language class.In such a context,teachers'information and communication technology(ICT)literacy has become one of the key factors to ensure the quality of online teaching.However,public emergencies are highly uncertain and destructive,and the traditional way of cultivating teachers'ICT literacy can no longer meet the urgent teaching needs under emergency conditions.Therefore,it is highly necessary to transform and improve the cultivation mode of teachers'ICT literacy.This paper first explores the meaning and cultivation methods of teachers'ICT literacy,and then proposes a new approach to cultivating teachers'ICT literacy under public emergencies from the perspective of“4R”emergency management theory.In addition,this paper also discusses three other factors that positively affect the cultivation of teachers'ICT literacy.This study may help to effectively enhance teachers'ICT literacy and thus strengthen their ability to cope with public emergencies.
