跨境国家语言概况编写的一些体会——以《老挝语言状况》调查、编写个案为例

Experience in Developing Language Profiles of Countries Bordering China——A Case Study on the Investigation and Compilation of Lao Language Profiles

本文结合跨境国家语言状况相关调查研究,以老挝个案为例,阐述了调查、编写跨境国家语言概况的四点体会:(1)宏观把握——调查研究老挝语言的先行着力点;(2)微观入手——调查研究老挝语言的主要工作;(3)田野调查——调查研究老挝语言必须坚持的研究方法;(4)换位思考——调查研究老挝语言必须遵守的认知路径。

This paper takes the case of Laos to expound on the experience in developing language profiles of countries bordering China and the four points important to note are as follows.First,a general overview is the starting point of the research into the language of Laos.Second,conducting detailed investigations is the main focus of Lao language research.Third,carrying out in⁃depth field studies is the essential research method.Lastly,being flexible and adaptable to change is the vital cognitive path in doing Lao language research.
