摘要
为了提高粉煤灰在快硬早强材料中的利用量,促进我国粉煤灰综合利用进程,本文研究了不同粉煤灰掺量下,硅酸盐水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥一石膏三元胶凝体系的凝结时间和力学性能。结果表明,高铝水泥与石膏的比例对掺粉煤灰三元胶凝体系的凝结速度和28d强度有显著影响,随着比例的增大,凝结时间缩短,28d抗折抗压强度增大。然而,高铝水泥与石膏的比例变化对掺粉煤灰三元胶凝体系的早期强度无明显影响。
In order to improve the utilization of fly ash in fast hardening and early strength materials and promote the comprehensive utilization of fly ash in China,the setting performance and mechanical properties of the ternary cementitious system of portland cement-sulphoaluminate cement-gypsum with different fly ash mixing amount are studied in this paper.The results show that the ratio of high-alumina cement to gypsum had significant effect on the setting time and 28 d strength of the ternary cementitious system with fly ash.With the increase of the ratio,the setting time decreased while the 28 d flexural strength and compressive strength increased.However,the ratio of sulphoaluminate cement to gypsum had no significant effect on the early strength of fly ash ternary cementitous system.
