新时代民办高校党支部落实“三会一课”制度的思考

Reflections on the Implementation of the Three-Meetings and One-Class System by the Party Branch of Private Colleges and Universities in the New Era

民办高校"三会一课"制度是依法治党、全面从严治党向基层延伸、向末端拓展的有效办法,是高校党建制度运行模式和治理方式规范化作用的动态实现过程。当前,民办高校高度重视和加强党的建设,"三会一课"制度落实日益规范、经常,但落实中也存在着表面化、形式化、娱乐化、庸俗化等现象。为此,需要从深化理论武装、加强培训帮带、从严从紧落实等角度出发,提出进一步推进"三会一课"制度落地见效的对策建议。

The system of"three-meetings,one-class"in private colleges and universities is an effective way to run the party according to law to extend from strict management of the party to the grass-roots level and to the end.It is also a dynamic process to realize the standardized function of the operation mode and management mode of the party construction system in colleges and universities.At present,private colleges and universities attach great importance to and strengthen the construction of the party,and the implementation of the"three-meetings and one-class"system is increasingly standardized and frequent,but there are also superficial,formalized,entertaining and vulgar phenomena in the implementation.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the theoretical armed forces,strengthen the training band,strictly from the point of view of tight implementation,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the"three-meetings and one-class"system.
