急诊多发伤患者PCT、CRP、IL-6水平变化及临床意义

Changes and clinical significance of PCT, CRP and IL-6 levels in patients with multiple trauma in emergency department

目的探讨急诊多发伤患者早期感染血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)的水平变化及临床意义。方法选取该院98例急诊多发伤患者作为实验对象,其中发生感染的52例,未感染者46例。测定血清PCT、CRP、IL-6水平,并与50名健康对照者进行对比分析。结果对照组和未感染组血清PCT、CRP、IL-6水平显著低于感染组(P<0.01),对照组血清PCT、CRP、IL-6水平显著低于未感染组(P<0.01)。结论检测血清PCT、CRP、IL-6水平对了解急诊多发伤患者早期是否发生感染及病情变化、及早采取针对性预防及治疗措施具有一定的检测价值。

【Objective】To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels in patients with early infection in emergency multiple trauma.【Methods】Ninety-eight patients with multiple injuries in emergency department were selected as experimental subjects,of which 52 were infected and 46 were uninfected.Serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels of patients were measured and compared with those of 50 healthy controls.【Results】The levels of serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 in control group and non-infection group were significantly lower than those in infection group(P<0.01),while the levels of serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 in control group were significantly lower than those in noninfection group(P<0.01).【Conclusion】Detection of serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 levels is of certain value in understanding the early occurrence of infection and disease changes in patients with multiple trauma in emergency department,and taking targeted preventive and therapeutic measures as soon as possible.
