经阴道超声联合腹部超声对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断作用

Differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors by transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound

目的研究分析对卵巢肿瘤良恶性在临床中行经阴道超声联合腹部超声检查的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择2015年12月至2018年12月该院收治的368例卵巢肿瘤患者,均接受经阴道超声、经腹部超声以及经阴道超声联合腹部超声检查,对其卵巢肿瘤良性、恶性以及恶性分期诊断符合情况进行对比分析。结果对卵巢肿瘤良性以及恶性行经阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断方式的准确率明显较单独经阴道超声、经腹部超声诊断方式高(P<0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期卵巢肿瘤患者行经阴道超声联合经腹部超声诊断的符合率明显高于单独经阴道超声、经腹部超声诊断方式(P<0.05)。结论将经阴道超声联合腹部超声应用到卵巢肿瘤良恶性的鉴别诊断中,具有较高的诊断准确率以及诊断价值,且能够对肿瘤性质进行清楚观察,值得推广。

【Objective】 To study and analyze the value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.【Methods】A total of 368 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected. All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasound, transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound. The diagnostic coincidence of benign, malignant and malignant stages of ovarian tumors was compared and analyzed. 【Results】 The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound for benign and malignant ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound or transabdominal ultrasound alone(P<0.05). The coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasonography combined with transabdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of stage II, III and IV ovarian tumors was significantly higher than that of transvaginal ultrasonography or transabdominal ultrasonography alone(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The application of transvaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors has high diagnostic accuracy and diagnostic value, and can clearly observe the nature of ovarian tumors, which is worthy of promotion.
