罕见阴道壁颗粒细胞瘤1例

Granulosa cell tumor of vaginal wall:a case report

摘要 颗粒细胞瘤(Granular cell tumor,GCT)是一种较为少见的具有施万细胞分化的神经源性软组织肿瘤,可发生于身体的任何部位,但多发生于头颈、躯干、外阴的皮肤及皮下软组织内,亦可发生于实质性脏器.延边大学附属医院收治了1例阴道壁颗粒细胞瘤患者,临床罕见,现报告如下.1临床资料患者女性,34岁,1年前常规妇科检查时发现阴道壁肿物,较小,未予以处理,病程中偶有外阴瘙痒等症状.3个月前阴道壁肿物较前增大,于2022年5月5日就诊于延边大学附属医院妇科门诊.
