粘结式固定平面导板与活动平面导板的矫正治疗效果临床对比研究

Clinical comparison study on the therapeutic effect of bonded fixed flat bite plate and movable flat bite plate

[目的]比较舌侧粘结式固定平面导板与活动平面导板对深覆合的矫正治疗效果.[方法]选择深覆合Ⅱ度以上患者12例,随机分为活动平面导板组和粘结式固定平面导板组,每组各6例,两组患者治疗前后均行头颅侧X线检查,比较头影测量分析结果,并记录两种平面导板的使用时间及打开咬合的程度.[结果]与活动平面导板比较,粘结式固定平面导板咬合打开时间明显缩短(P<0.05),而咬合的高度变化量间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]粘结式固定平面导板的矫正治疗效果优于活动平面导板,且只需椅旁操作,制作简单,利于患者口腔卫生的维护,不依赖于患者的配合,易于清洁.

OBJECTIVE To compare the correction treatment effect of lingual bonded fixed flat bite plate and movable flat bite plate on deep overbite.METHODS Twelve patients with deep overbite degree Ⅱ or above were selected and randomly divided into movable flat bite plate group and bonded fixed flat bite plate group,with 6 cases in each group.Cranial X-ray examination was performed before and after treatment in both groups,and the results of cephalometric analysis were compared,and the usage time of two kinds of flat bite plate and the degree of open occlusion were recorded.RESULTS A s compared with the movable flat bite plate,the occlusal opening time of the bonded fixed flat bite plate was obviously shortened(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in occlusal height variation(P>0.05).CONCLUSION T he correction effect of bonded fixed flat bite plate is better than that of movable flat bite plate,and it only needs to be operated by the chair,which is simple to make,conducive to the maintenance of oral health of patients,does not depend on the cooperation of patients,and is easy to clean.
