摘要 [目的]对青楷槭的乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化学成分进行研究.[方法]将青楷槭的茎皮部分用95%(体积分数)的乙醇浸泡后回流提取,减压浓缩得到青楷槭茎皮浸膏,再用乙酸乙酯溶剂萃取浸膏,减压浓缩,得到乙酸乙酯提取物72.6 g.利用多种分离方法对提取物进行分离,再将分离得到的单体化合物通过^(1)H-NMR和^(13)C-NMR核磁进行结构鉴定.[结果]根据NMR核磁谱图确定了4种青楷槭中含有的化学成分.[结论]从青楷槭中共分离确定了4种化合物,其中化合物1、3和4为首次从青楷槭中分离得到,为青楷槭的进一步的化学研究提供了依据. OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract of Acer tegmentosum Maxim.METHODS The stem bark of Acer tegmentosum Maxim was soaked in 95%(volume fraction)ethanol and extracted by reflux.The stem peel extract of Acer tegmentosum Maxim was obtained by vacuum concentration,and then extracted with ethyl acetate solvent and condensed under reduced pressure to obtain 72.6 g ethyl acetate extract.The extracts were separated by various separation methods,and the structures of the isolated monomeric compounds were identified by^(1)H-NMR and^(13)C-NMR.RESULTS A total of 4 chemical constituents in Acer tegmentosum Maxim were determined by NMR spectroscopy.CONCLUSION A total of 4 compounds were isolated from Acer tegmentosum Maxim.Compound 1,3 and 4 were isolated from Acer tegmentosum Maxim for the first time,which provided a basis for the further chemical studies on Acer tegmentosum Maxim.
