摘要
[目的]观察人参复方对致衰SD大鼠肺组织的影响.[方法]取人参、陈皮、五味子进行组方,皮下注射给予SD大鼠D-半乳糖致衰同时灌胃给予低、中、高剂量(0.5、l.0、3.0 mL)上述组方,观察各组大鼠体质量变化和行为学改变并进行记录,42 d后处死所有大鼠并测定相关脏器指数、部分组织匀浆和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及丙二醛(MDA)水平,观察相关组织的HE染色结果和肺泡灌洗液(BALF)的炎性细胞计数,并进行比较分析.[结果]与模型对照组比较,人参复方各剂量组大鼠体质量明显增加(P<0.05),行为较为灵敏,胸腺和脾脏脏器指数、SOD及CAT水平均显著升高(P<0.05),MDA含量、BALF中炎性细胞计数均显著降低(P<0.05),相关组织的HE染色结果示细胞形态学改变有所改善.[结论]人参复方具有抗氧化作用,且对致衰SD大鼠肺组织具有保护作用.
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of ginseng compound on lung tissue of aging SD rats.METHODS Ginseng,tangerine peel and schisandra chinensis were taken as prescriptions.SD rats were given D-galactose to induce senility by subcutaneous injection,and at the same time,low,medium and high doses(0.5,1.0,3.0 mL)of the above prescription were given by gavage.The change of body mass and behavior were observed and recorded.After 42 days,all rats were sacrificed and the related organ index,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in some tissue homogenates and serum were determined.The results of HE staining of related tissues and the inflammatory cell counts of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were observed and compared.RESULTS Compared with the model group,body mass of rats in ginseng compound groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and their behavior was sensitive,the indexes of thymus and spleen organs,SOD and CAT levels were significantly increased(P<0.05),MDA content and inflammatory cell count in BALF were significantly decreased significantly(P<0.05),and HE staining of related tissues showed improvement in cell morphology.CONCLUSION Ginseng compound has antioxidant and protective effect on lung tissue of aging SD rats.
