体外冲击波碎石治疗11例后尿道结石临床观察

Clinical experience of treatment for 11 cases of posterior urethral calculi by extracorporeal shock wavelithotrispy

[背景]观察体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗后尿道结石的临床疗效.[病例报告]接受ESWL治疗的后尿道结石患者11例中阳性结石9例,在X线定位下取仰卧位ESWL治疗,经1,2次ESWL治疗结石全部排出;阴性结石2例,因为B型超声波定位下俯卧位定位困难,将结石用导尿管推入膀胱后碎石排出.[讨论]少数后尿道阳性结石患者无需把结石推入膀胱,在X线定位下采用仰卧位体位ESWL亦可取得较好的疗效.

BACKGROUND To observe the clinical curative effects of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)on the posterior urethral calculi.CASE REPORTS To select 11 patients with posterior urethral calculi,among them 9 cases had positive calculus and they accepted the treatment of ESWL.They were treated under the X-ray in supine position.All of the stones were fully eliminated by 1,2 times ESWL;negative calculus in 2 cases,because they were difficult to locate the prone position under B ultrasound,so a catheter was used to push the calculi into the bladder,then ESWL removed.DISCUSSION A few of patients with posterior urethral positive calculi no need for a catheter to push the calculi into the bladder could achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects with the treatment of ESWL in supine position.
