非霍奇金血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤1例

摘要 血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤(AITL)发病率较低,约占非霍奇金淋巴瘤的1%~2%,占外周T细胞淋巴瘤的15%~20%~[1].2016年新修订的WHO淋巴系统肿瘤分类将AITL归类为结性T细胞淋巴瘤伴滤泡辅助性T细胞表型~[2].延边大学附属医院于2019年8月收治了1例非霍奇金AITL,现报告如下.1临床资料患者男性,66岁,1个月前触及颈部肿物,约鹌鹑蛋大小,质中等,活动度差,不伴疼痛,无发热、盗汗及体质量减轻症状.
