加速康复外科护理对胃大部切除术患者康复效果影响的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of effects of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with subtotal gastrectomy

[目的]评价加速康复外科护理对胃大部切除术患者康复效果的影响.[方法]检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、VIP信息资源系统、PubMed,Web of Science及ScienceDirect数据库.时间截止至2019年4月.依据纳入标准和排除标准提取文献,应用Cochrane手册5.1.0版的偏倚评估工具.采用Revman5.2软件进行Meta分析.[结果]共纳入中英文文献12篇.Meta分析结果显示,加速康复外科护理与外科传统护理在胃肠道功能恢复、体质量变化及住院时间方面间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]加速康复外科护理可有效恢复患者术后胃肠道功能,明显缓解体质量下降,缩短住院时间.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with subtotal gastrectomy.METHODS China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Information Resource System(VIP),PubMed Database,Web of Science and ScienceDirect were searched.The deadline was April 2019.The literatures were extracted according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The Cochrane handbook version 5.1.0 of the bias assessment tool was applied.RevMan 5.2 software was used to do the meta-analysis.RESULTS A total of 12 Chinese and English literatures were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences between accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing and traditional surgery nursing in gastrointestinal function recovery,body mass and hospitalization time(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing could effectively restore the postoperative gastrointestinal function of patients,significantly alleviate the decline in body mass,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
