我国自来水行业水表技术标准现状与存在的问题浅析

Analysis on Current Situation and Existing Problems of Water Meter Technical Standards for Water Supply Industry in China

水表是列入国家强制检定目录的特殊计量器具,又是水司水费收取、分区计量和漏损控制的有效保障。为加强水表的使用管理,确保各类水表完好和计量准确,国家有关部门出台了一系列的技术文件。系统梳理了水表标准体系及有关技术标准;依据水表生命周期,从水表使用角度分析相关技术标准发挥的具体作用,并剖析水表技术标准存在的问题,从而提出相关建议。

Water meter is a special measuring instrument listed in the national compulsory verification catalogue.It is also an effective guarantee for the water department to get water fee,measure in different areas and control leakage.In order to strengthen the use and management of water meters,and ensure all kinds of water meters are intact and accurate,the relevant departments have issued a series of technical documents.This paper systematizes the standard system of water meter and relevant technical standards,analyzesthe function of the technical standards for water meters based on the life cycle of water meter,and points out the existing problems and puts forward the suggestions.
