摘要
为了适应航空机载高温环境监测,设计一款防干扰、高可靠性的K型热电偶传感器。从结构设计和材料两方面对传感器进行电磁屏蔽设计,对电路进行滤波抗干扰设计;利用二极管1N4148的温度特性对K型热电偶进行冷端温度补偿,采用AD693芯片进行运算放大及输出处理。试验分析表明,该传感器的抗干扰能力、可靠性等均合格,对航空用相关产品的应用及实现具有一定的应用价值。
A military airborne K-type thermocouple sensor is designed. Electromagnetic shielding is carried out from the structural design and material selection. The filter is used to get the anti-interference performance. The cold end temperature of K-type thermocouple is compensated through the temperature characteristics of diode 1 N4148. The AD693 chip is used as the operation amplifier. The anti-interference performance and reliability of the sensor are verified by experiments.
