Design and Implementation of Portable EDIB-USB Communication Adapter

摘要 设计并制作了一款便携式EDIB-USB通信适配器,目的是简化测井仪器和上位机之间的数据传输,特别是板级通信测试。该适配器使用SoC芯片作为主控制器,不仅降低了系统的设计难度,而且使整体结构明显优于DSP/MCU+FPGA的多芯片方案;同时在功耗、体积和便携性上也取得了满意的效果。适配器通过USB2.0接口与上位机连接,既保证了数据的高速传输,又解决了自身的供电问题。最后通过板级实物测试证明了该适配器能够较好完成仪器与上位机之间的数据传输任务。 A portable EDIB-USB communication adapter is designed and manufactured to simplify the data transmission between the logging tool and the host computer,especially the board level communication test.The adapter uses SoC chip as the main controller,which not only reduces the design difficulty of the system,but also makes the overall structure better than the multi-chip scheme of DSP/MCU+FPGA.At the same time,it also achieves satisfactory results in power consumption,volume and portability.The adapter is connected with the host computer through USB 2.0 interface,which not only ensures the high-speed data transmission,but also solves the power supply itself.Finally,the board level physical test shows that the adapter can complete the data transmission task between the instrument and the host computer.
