摘要
由于空气污染形势越来越严峻,柴油车尾气污染问题亟须重点控制。针对目前汽车尾气排放检测采用传统的年检制,以及检测不及时、取样检测便捷性差等问题,设计一种基于郎伯-比尔定律和传感器技术的烟度在线检测系统。以STM32F103微控制器为主控芯片,通过安装在汽车排气管道的光电传感器感知其光的吸收度来度量污染物浓度,并将采集的数据通过CAN通信传输到上位机。经测试,系统能够实时准确地采集柴油车的尾气烟度,将数据曲线显示在上位机界面,从而提高汽车尾气烟度检测的便捷性和实时性,为及时控制柴油车尾气排放提供依据。
As the air pollution situation becomes more and more severe, the diesel vehicle exhaust pollution needs to be controlled urgently. The automobile exhaust emission detection is performed annually, so the detection is neither timely nor convenient. This paper designs an online smoke detection system based on the Lambert-Beer Law and the sensor technology. With the STM32 F103 microcontroller as the main control chip, the photoelectric sensor installed in the exhaust pipe of the car senses its light absorption to measure the concentration of pollutants, and transmits the collected data to the host computer through CAN communication. After testing, the system can accurately online collect diesel vehicle exhaust smoke, and display the data curve on the host computer, thereby improving the convenience and real-time performance of vehicle exhaust smoke detection, and providing a reference for timely control of diesel vehicle exhaust emissions.
