基于文献数据挖掘内服中药治疗颈性眩晕潜在规律

Mining the Potential Law of Oral Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo Based on Literature Data

目的探究颈型眩晕文献中内服中药的潜在应用规律,为临床用药提供理论指导和参考依据。方法通过统一的检索式检索知网、维普、万方三大中文数据库有关内服中药治疗颈型眩晕的临床文献,导入Note Express中去重复,利用Excel 2019统计使用频次和性味归经,使用SPSS 24.0进行关联规则和聚类分析。结果从知网、维普、万方三大数据库中共纳入374篇有效文献,共有351个方剂,包括274味中药,药物总使用频次为6129次。使用频次≥30的中药共有50味,药性中温性药物的使用频次占总使用频次45%;五味中甘苦辛的使用频次占总使用频次84%;归经中肝、心、肺经的使用频次占总使用频次70%。聚类分析使用质心聚类,共得到11组中药。药物关联规则分析,设置支持度≥20%且置信度≥80%,得到9条药对关联。结论内服中药治疗颈性眩晕的药性以温性居多,五味以甘苦辛居多,归经以肝、心、肺经为主;功效以补益肝肾兼平抑肝阳、健脾升清兼活血通窍为主。

OBJECTIVE To explore the potential application regularity of oral prescriptions in the literature of cervical vertigo,and to provide theoretical guidance and reference basis for clinical medication.METHODS The clinical literatures on the treatment of cervical vertigo by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from the three Chinese databases of HowNet,VIP and Wanfang,and were imported into Note Express for removing repetition.The frequency of use and the natures and flavors and meridian tropism were counted by Excel 2019,and the association rules and cluster analysis were carried out by SPSS 24.RESULTS A total of 374 effective literatures were included in the three databases of HowNet,VIP and Wanfang,with a total of 351 prescriptions,including 274 traditional Chinese medicines.The total frequency of drug use were 6129 times.There were 50 traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of use more than 30,and the frequency of use of moderate temperature drugs accounts for 45%of the total frequency of use.The use frequency of sweet,bitter and pungent in five flavors accounted for 84%of the total use frequency.The use frequency of liver,heart and lung meridians accounted for 70%of the total use frequency.Cluster analysis using centroid clustering,a total of 11 groups of traditional Chinese medicine were obtained.Drug association rule analysis was set the support more than 20%and confidence more than 80%,getting 9 drug pair associations.CONCLUSION Most of the drugs of oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of cervical vertigo are warm,the flavors of them are mostly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the main meridians are liver,heart and lung meridians.The main effects are tonifying the liver and kidney and repressing the liver-yang,strengthening the spleen and promoting blood circulation and dredging orifices.
