基于数据挖掘分析中药汤剂治疗哮喘用药规律分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的基于古今医案云平台、SPSS Modeler 24.0软件,分析现代中药汤剂治疗支气管哮喘的用药规律。方法检索相关数据库中运用中药处方治疗支气管哮喘的随机对照临床试验、名老专家经验方。年限从2011年1月~2021年2月,采用数据挖掘技术分析中医药治疗支气管哮喘的方药规律。结果初步检索相关文献9305篇,共纳入文献337篇,处方319个,使用中药254味。麻黄、甘草、杏仁、半夏为治疗支气管哮喘高频使用药物,使用频次较高的方剂是定喘汤、小青龙汤,并演化得到6组核心药组。结论本研究表明治疗支气管哮喘以含“麻黄”的方剂为主,并运用熵聚类获得相关核心中药组合,为哮喘的治疗提供参考。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the dosing pattern of modern Chinese medicine tonics for the treatment of bronchial asthma based on the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform and SPSS Modeler 24.0 software.METHODS Randomized controlled clinical trials and experienced prescriptions of famous and old experts using herbal prescriptions for bronchial asthma in relevant databases were searched from the years ranged from January 2011 to February 2021,and data mining techniques were used to analyze the prescription patterns of Chinese medicine for bronchial asthma.RESULTS 9305 related literatures were preliminarily searched,a total of 337 literatures were included.319 prescriptions,254 Chinese medicine were used.Ephedra,licorice,almonds,and hemihsia were the high-frequency drugs used in the treatment of bronchial asthma,and the formulas used with high frequency were Dingchuantang and Xiaoqinglongtang,and six groups of core medicine groups were evolved.CONCLUSION This study shows that the treatment of bronchial asthma is dominated by prescriptions containing"ephedra",and the entropy clustering is used to obtain the relevant core herbal combinations,which can provide reference for the treatment of asthma.
