广金钱草糖基转移酶基因GsUGT9的克隆和生物信息学分析 被引量:2

Cloning and Bioinformatics Analysis of a Glycosyltransferase Gene GsUGT9 from Grona styracifolia

摘要 目的从广金钱草中克隆得到一个糖基转移酶基因GsUGT9,并进行生物信息学分析。方法基于广金钱草的转录组数据,设计特异性引物从广金钱草cDNA中扩增出一个候选糖基转移酶基因,通过生物信息学软件分析其序列信息。结果成功克隆得到广金钱草糖基转移酶基因GsUGT9,全长1509 bp,编码的蛋白由502个氨基酸组成。结论成功从广金钱草中克隆一个糖基转移酶基因GsUGT9,为后续对其进行功能验证研究奠定了基础。 OBJECTIVE To clone a glycosyltransferase Gene GsUGT9 from Grona styracifolia,and to analyze the bioinformation of GsUGT9.METHODS Based on the transcriptome data of G.styracifolia,specific primers were designed to amplify a candidate glycosyltransferase gene from the cDNA of G.styracifolia,and the sequence information was analyzed by bioinformatics software.RESULTS The glycosyltransferase Gene GsUGT9 was successfully cloned with 1509 bp in full length.The encoded protein were consisted of 502 amino acids.CONCLUSION In this study,a glycosyltransferase gene,GsUGT9,is successfully cloned from G.styracifolia,which lays a foundation for the subsequent functional verification of this gene.
