摘要
耐火内衬是石灰窑的核心,由于其位于窑膛内部,很难进行定期查看维护,局部质量差会导致整体使用寿命,影响窑的正常生产。本文结合双膛石灰窑耐火内衬的组成及近些年内衬应用经常出现的问题,总结了造成预热带、煅烧带及冷却带各部位内衬经常损坏的原因,经过对实际生产工况及窑型结构等对比分析,提出了针对性优化方案,在后期项目实施中也得到应用,使用效果良好。
The refractory lining is the core of a lime kiln.Due to its location inside the kiln chamber,it is difficult to inspect and maintain regularly.Poor local quality can lead to a shortened overall lifespan,affecting the normal production of the kiln.This paper combines the composition of refractory linings in double-shaft lime kilns and the common problems encountered in recent years.It summarizes the reasons for frequent damage to the linings in the preheating zone,calcining zone,and cooling zone.Through comparative analysis of actual production conditions and kiln structure,targeted optimization solutions are proposed.These solutions have been applied in later projects with good results.
