提出了一种用于矿石物料焙烧的立窑装备结构及生产工艺。该装备对于矿石物料种类适应性强,可以广泛采用煤粉、煤气(焦炉、转炉、高炉等)、石油焦、天然气等多种燃料,并且可以使用固气混合燃料。该装备焙烧物料的热耗低,且整个窑体都是处于负压环境,具有良好的安全和环保特性。

This paper proposes a shaft kiln equipment structure and production process for ore material roasting.This equipment has strong adaptability to material types,and can widely use coal powder,gas(coke oven,converter,blast furnace,etc.),Petroleum coke,natural gas and other fuels,as well as solid gas mixed fuel.This equipment has low heat consumption for roasting materials,and the whole kiln body is in a negative pressure environment,with good safety and environmental protection characteristics.
