摘要
钢厂产出的高炉或转炉煤气热值一般比较低,直接用于双膛窑生产一般难以达产,且能耗较高。为了提高煤气热值,可采用在低热值的高炉或转炉煤气中混入一定比例的焦炉煤气,使热值达到6800KJ/m^(3)左右。本文介绍了一种适用于间断供气的煤气混配加压系统,该系统能适应两种气源压力及热值在一定范围内波动的工况,确保两种煤气混合均匀,有效控制混合煤气热值,并且避免两种煤气因压力不平衡出现串气情况。
The calorific value of blast furnace or converter gas produced by steel mills is generally relatively low,using it directly to double-chamber kiln is difficult to achieve requirement of production capacity,and the energy consumption is high.In order to increase the calorific value of gas,a certain proportion of coke gas can be mixed with blast furnace or converter gas to achieve a calorific value around 6800 kJ/m^(3).This paper introduces a gas mixing and pressurization system for intermittent gas supply.The system can adapt to the working conditions where the pressure and calorific value of two types of gas sources fluctuate within a certain range,ensuring uniform mixing of the two types of gas,effectively controlling the calorific value of the mixed gas,and avoiding gas leakage due to pressure imbalance between the two types of gas.
