锂矿石冶炼工艺发展现状及趋势分析

摘要 介绍了锂矿石资源的储量分布和开发的基本情况,以新能源行业锂电池核心原材料碳酸锂为切入点,介绍了锂云母、锂辉石等锂矿物的冶金段工艺技术路线发展历程和现状,对行业目前主流的技术装备和关键工艺做了说明。按照锂电新能源行业的不断成熟高质量发展要求,对锂矿石冶金未来的工艺发展进行了趋势分析,并对节能降耗、绿色低碳、高效环保等方面核心技术发展提出了路径方案。 This paper introduces the basic situation of the reserves distribution and development of lithium ore resources.Taking lithium carbonate,the core raw material of lithium battery in the new energy industry,as the starting point,it emphatically introduces the development history and current situation of the technology roadmap of the metallurgical section of lithium minerals such as lithium mica and Spodumene,and explains the current mainstream technical equipment and key processes in the industry.Based on the continuous maturity and high-quality development of the lithium-ion new energy industry,the trend analysis of the process development of lithium ore metallurgy in the future is conducted.Path plans are proposed for the development of core technologies in areas such as energy conservation,consumption reduction,green and low-carbon,and efficient environmental protection.
