磨机变频器故障分析

摘要 在高炉矿渣粉磨设备中,选粉机是选出磨机内合格粉的核心,选粉机能够实现调速的核心部件是选粉机变频器。因此选粉机变频器的性能直接影响着整条生产线的运行。本文结合河北某钢厂选粉机变频器出现故障并对此进行原因分析。从变频器的工作原理出发,检查变频器的电源情况、是否过载、工作电压、接地、工作温度及控制信号等方面进行分析,确定此次变频器故障原因。 In blast furnace slag grinding equipment,the separator is the core of selecting qualified powder in the mill.The core component of the separator that can realize speed regulation is the separator frequency converter Therefore,the performance of the frequency converter of the separator directly affects the operation of the whole production line.In this paper,the reasons for failure of the frequency converter of the separator in a steel plant in Hebei are analyzed.From the working principle of the frequency converter,whether the power supply of the frequency converter is overloaded is checked.The working voltage,grounding,working temperature and control,etc.are analyzed.It is determined that the fault of the frequency converter is caused by the interference of the small cross section of the grounding cable.
