摘要 烧结厂烟气中的硫氧化物和氮氧化物对环境造成明显的影响。本文对烧结厂烟气脱硫脱硝技术的节能环保效果进行研究,并提出改进措施。通过广泛的文献综述和实验研究,对不同脱硫脱硝工艺的原理、应用范围和优缺点进行了分析,并对其节能环保性能进行了评估。研究结果表明,湿法脱硫技术在烧结厂烟气脱硫方面具有良好的效果和节能性能,同时在选择脱硝技术时应合理选择以有效降低氮氧化物的排放。为了解决烧结厂烟气脱硫脱硝过程中存在的问题,提出了优化设计和运行管理方面的建议,旨在进一步提高系统的效率和环境友好性。 Sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides in sintering plant flue gas have obvious influence on environment.The main objective of this paper is to study the energy saving and environmental protection effect of sintering plant flue gas desulfurization and denitrification technology,as well as put forward improvement measures.Through extensive literature review and experimental research,the principle,application range,advantages and disadvantages of different desulfurization and denitrification processes are analyzed.The results show that wet desulfurization technology has good effect and energysaving performance in flue gas desulfurization of sinter plant.In order to solve the problems in the process of desulphurization and denitrification of sintering plant flue gas,some suggestions on optimization design and operation management are put forward.
