立式球磨机检修工字钢(梁)自动吊装技术的应用

Application of automatic hoisting technology for I-beam in vertical ball mill maintenance

本文针对立式球磨机在其内部研磨元件大检修时安装检修工字梁较为麻烦,因而专门设计了一种应用于立式球磨机中的检修工字梁自动吊装装置。该装置主要包括:吊装装置固定构架、工字梁固定构架及工字梁本体构架。该装置能够快速地提高设备检修人员在安装检修工字梁时的工作效率,并能有效地提高检修人员在安装检修工字梁时的安全性。

In view of the fact that it is troublesome to install and overhaul the I-beam in the vertical ball mill during the overhaul of its internal grinding elements,an automatic hoisting device for the maintenance of the I-beam in the vertical ball mill is specially designed.The device mainly comprises:hoisting device fixed frame,I-beam fixed frame and I-beam body frame.The device can quickly improve the work efficiency of equipment maintenance personnel when installing and overhauling I-beams,and can effectively improve the safety of maintenance personnel when installing and overhauling I-beams.
