矿渣立磨主电机电流突降原因分析及处理办法

摘要 伴随着我国绿色经济的不断发展,矿渣立磨逐渐成为绿色钢铁企业的标志性建筑之一,与其紧密相关的矿渣立磨的生产调试应得到广泛的关注。磨机生产稳定对促进钢铁企业节能、减排、效益发展有巨大促进作用。本文根据磨机生产过程中出现的几个主要问题,结合数据曲线对其进行分析与处理,对钢铁企业磨机生产出现的问题进行预防与指导,以更好得推进磨机稳定生产,钢铁产业节能减排。 With the continuous development of China's green economy,the slag vertical mill has gradually become one of the landmark buildings of green steel enterprises,and the production and commissioning of the slag vertical mill closely related to it should receive extensive attention.The stable production of mills plays a huge role in promoting energy saving,emission reduction and benefit development of iron and steel enterprises.This paper analyzes and processes several major problems in the mill production process in combination with the data curve,and prevents and guides the problems in the mill production of iron and steel enterprises,so as to better promote the stable production of mills and save energy and reduce emissions in the iron and steel industry.
