摘要
喷煤系统能够稳定地给高炉供煤是高炉炼铁中较为重要的一环。喷煤速率控制系统是一个两输入一输出的反馈控制系统,两输入具有一定的耦合性,且控制回路中具有不可忽略的延迟,因此工业控制中常用的PID控制器难以在喷煤控制系统中使用。本文介绍了一种基于二维矩阵进行喷煤速率控制的方法,经实践证明该方法具有良好的控制效果,且在一些钢厂喷煤的项目中有了一定的应用。
It is an important part of blast furnace ironmaking that the coal injection system can stably supply coal to blast furnace.The coal injection rate control system is a two-input and one-output feed-back control system.The two inputs have certain coupling,and the control loop has a non-negligible delay.Therefore,the PID controller commonly used in industrial control is difficult to be applied in the coal injection control system.This paper introduces a method of coal injection rate control based on two-dimensional matrix search.It is proved by practice that this method has good control effect and has certain application in some coal injection projects of steel plants.
