摘要
高活性度的石灰矿石能够供给更优质的石灰产品,提升生产效率,因此,对于各石灰矿石的石灰活性度测试与分析显得尤为重要。传统测定石灰活性度方法采用4 mol/L的盐酸与酚酞指示剂进行滴定,酚酞变无色,以10 min消耗盐酸毫升数作为活性度指标,此方法存在盐酸原料管制、测定误差较大等不足。本文通过将盐酸替换为醋酸进行改进研究,验证了理论可行性。
Lime ore with high activity can supply better lime products and improve production efficiency,so it is particularly important to test and analyze the lime activity of each lime ore.The traditional method of measuring lime activity uses 4 mol/L hydrochloric acid and phenolphthalein indicator for titration,phenolphthalein becomes colorless,and the number of ml of hydrochloric acid consumed in 10 min is used as the activity index,which has the shortcomings of hydrochloric acid raw material control and large measurement error.In this paper,the theoretical feasibility is verified by replacing hydrochloric acid with acetic acid for improved research.
