The History and Rational Cognition of the CPC Central Committee’s Seventh Symposium on Work in Tibet: From the Perspective of the Effectiveness of the Central Overall Supply Mode

西藏经济社会在60多年的发展过程中,中央的"特殊关怀"形成了中央制度供给中的特例——中央总体供给模式。西藏和平解放以来,中央总体供给模式在不同时代和背景下所表现出的应适性内容,形成了党的治藏方略的外围理论。中央总体供给模式的制度有效性促进了西藏经济社会的变迁,以中央总体供给模式的制度有效性为视角研究中央召开第七次西藏工座谈会有着重大的历史和理论意义。

Since the peaceful liberation of Tibet,the adaptability of the central government’s overall supply model in different eras and backgrounds has formed the peripheral theory of the party’s Tibet governance strategy.In the development process of Tibet’s economy and society for more than 60 years,a typical case,overall central supply mode,was formed due to the special care of Central Government.This mode improved the development of Tibet’s economy and society.From the perspective of the effectiveness of the overall central supply model,it is of great historical and theoretical significance to study the spirit of CPC Central Committee’s seventh symposium on work in Tibet.
