学习中央第七次西藏工作座谈会精神,加快西藏融入周边经济圈研究

在中央第七次西藏工作座谈会上,习近平总书记提出"四川、云南、甘肃、青海四省党委要高度重视涉藏工作,承担起主体责任,加强同西藏自治区的协调配合",这一重要表述对促进西藏发展及我国西南地区区域化协作发展具有重要意义。我国区域融合、协作及一体化有着丰富的理论探索,以及很多成功的实践经验,西藏可以结合自己的区情,借鉴其他地区的发展经验。西藏融入周边经济圈具有其必要性,且具备一定条件,我们应在科学思想的指导下稳步推进。长期以来,中央单位和兄弟对口省市援藏、相关省市援助各自涉藏区域在工作机制上都比较顺畅,唯有近邻之间,西藏与周边省市(区)之间的工作联系机制还有所欠缺,中央第七次西藏工作座会的部署有助于改变这一不利局面。
