The Party’s strategy of governing Tibet is an important part of Xi Jinping’s socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,which is based on the historical experience of governing Tibet,the inheritance of Communist Party of China’s working experience in Tibet in modern times and the result of Xi Jinping’s exploration of managing and stabilizing Tibet in the new era.Xi Jinping’s strategy of governing Tibet in the new era is rich in theoretical connotation and rigorous logic,including the concept of national unity which is involved in the theory of strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,the concept of economic development that accelerates the construction of a well-off society,the concept of spiritual civilization that carries forward the old Tibetan spirit,the concept of political stability in the border areas and the concept of people-centered ecological governance,so as to promote the construction of a new socialist modern Tibet of united,prosperous,culturally advanced,harmonious and beautiful.Xi Jinping’s strategy of governing Tibet in the new era demonstrates the determination and confidence of all people to do a good job in Tibet,enriches the theoretical research and local practice of China’s modern governance system and governance capacity and highlights the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,it must be adhered to and fully implemented for a long time to contribute to Tibetan efforts to achieve the two centenary goals.
