Party’s general plan for Tibet governance in the new era is the result of experiences and wisdom which obtained from Communist Party of China’s leaderships in managing Tibet,it is the integration of the theory and practice of the party’s work in Tibet in the new era,a major political and theoretical proposition shining with the glory of Marxist theory,and a theoretical banner and action guide to carry out work in Tibet in the new era.Therefore,accurately grasp of the party’s general plan for Tibet governance in the new era from the historical,theoretical and practical dimensions will help us to clarify the historical evolution,main connotation,practice path and other major issues of the party’s Tibet governance strategy,so as to lead Tibet’s long-term stability and high-quality development in the new era.
