Choice of Industrial Support Models for the Development of Tibetan Characteristic Townlets

在乡村振兴战略背景下,我国大力推进特色小城镇建设,为培育西藏特色小城镇创造了机遇,提供了快速发展的道路。在对西藏特色小城镇实地调研和深入研究国内关于特色小城镇产业建设发展相关理论、实践经验的基础上,结合西藏自治区特有环境,探究适合西藏地区特色小城镇发展的产业支撑模式,提出优化特色小城镇的措施,对提高特色小城镇支柱产业的质量,为西藏自治区特色小城镇开发提供参考。

In the context of rural-revitalization strategy,China has vigorously promoted the construction of townlets with characteristics.It created opportunities for nurturing townlets with characteristics in Tibet and provided a path for rapid development.This article based on the field surveys of townlets with characteristics in Tibet,analyzes their development status from the actual condition,and finds obstacles and plights in the cultivation of townlets with characteristics in Tibet,in combination with the unique environment of the Tibet Autonomous Region and on the basis of in-depth study of domestic theories and practical experiences related to the development of industrial construction in characteristic townlets,explores the suitable industrial support model for the development of townlets with characteristics in Tibet.It is hoped to propose measures to optimize the government’s behavior of the townlets with characteristics,so as to improve the quality of the pillar industries of the townlets and provide references for the development of townlets with characteristics in the Tibet Autonomous Region.
