On the Generalization of the Identification of Dishonest Behavior

失信行为概念模糊、失信行为认定标准不统一、社会信用政策下达过程中的信息偏离是当下失信行为认定泛化的重要原因。本文在对这一现象进行剖析的基础上,提出应厘清失信行为与邻近概念的关系、统一失信行为认定标准、加大社会信用政策贯彻力度等靶向性建议,以促进社会信用体系建设健康发展。

The construction of social credit system is a systematic project,and the identification of dishonest behavior is an important part.However,due to the vague concept of dishonest behavior,the inconsistent identification standards of dishonest behavior and the information deviation in the process of issuing national social credit policies,the generalization of dishonest behavior identification finally appeared.Based on the analysis of this phenomenon,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions,such as clarifying the relationship between dishonest behavior and adjacent concepts,unifying the identification standards of dishonest behavior and strengthening the implementation of social credit policies,so as to promote the healthy development of the construction of social credit system.
