摘要
大数据时代,网络广告在蓬勃发展的同时,虚假、低俗、侵犯隐私权等问题也逐渐凸显。本文诠释了网络广告监管的内涵、特征和原则,并对网络广告的监管主客体、规则系统、网络环境等要素进行了分析,在此基础上从政府主导、行业自律、社会监督等方面探讨强化网络广告监管的路径,以期为净化网络生态环境提供助力。
In the era of big data,with the vigorous development of online advertising,problems such as falsehood,vulgarity and invasion of privacy have gradually become prominent.Therefore,it is imperative to innovate the supervision system of online advertising.This paper interprets the connotation,characteristics and principles of online advertising supervision,and analyzes the regulatory subject,regulatory object,rule system,network environment and other elements of online advertising.On this basis,it explores the path of constructing the network advertising supervision system from the aspects of government led,industry self-discipline,social supervision,and technology upgrading,so as to improve the supervision ability of online advertising in China Power to help.
