This paper mainly studies the status quo of mkhar gdung dran pa nam mkha’Stone Statue and its damage in the long history,It also discusses the reason and historical origin why people call it Kharag although it is located in mkhar gdong.And this article through the seventh and eighth century Buddhist stone statues and the mkhar gdung dran pa nam mkha’stone contrast,The author thinks that the mkhar gdung dran pa nam mkha’statue should be a stone carving in the 8 th century,and discusses its artistic and cultural value.
